Prologis is seeking a Development Manager located in Mexico City. This role involves managing development activities for industrial/warehouse facilities, including entitlement and construction. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and the ability to drive projects in a fast-paced environment.

The Development Manager will be responsible for budgeting, project planning, and ensuring customer satisfaction, requiring excellent communication skills and computer proficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience in local industrial development and municipal approvals.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop budgets, define risks, and track costs for building projects.
• Coordinate and monitor all facets of the development process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations on projects.
