Loïacono Executive Search is seeking a Plant Controller for an Electronics Manufacturing Services site in Guadalajara. You will partner with Operations to drive financial performance, lead budgeting and cost analysis, and support strategic decision-making.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing controllers, strong cost accounting, SAP FI/CO experience, and fluent English. A competitive package is offered in a global EMS group with strong growth potential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as Plant Controller, Cost Controller or Industrial Controller in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing and manufacturing finance.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO ERP (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Finance Business Partner for Operations, supporting Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and Management teams.
• Analyze manufacturing performance, product profitability and cost variances, providing recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial analysis processes.
• Monitor inventory valuation, standard costs and manufacturing variances.
• Perform detailed product costing, COGS analysis and margin analysis.
• Support pricing decisions and commercial profitability analysis.
• Coordinate monthly IFRS reporting packages and financial closing activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with Operations to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Support investment analysis, CAPEX evaluation and business case development.
• Prepare management reports and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.

Our client is an international Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company serving leading global customers across multiple industries. Following its recent acquisition by a larger international group, the Guadalajara plant is experiencing strong growth and significant investments, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plant Controller to become a key business partner for the site's leadership team.

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance & Administration, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting operational decision-making and ensuring accurate financial reporting across the manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Plant Controller, Cost Controller or Industrial Controller within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing and manufacturing finance.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP FI/CO preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
• Ability to work closely with Operations and influence business decisions.
• Fluent English.
