The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemical or industrial engineering, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities in English. This role involves significant technical leadership in innovative product development, making it essential to manage projects effectively and collaborate with suppliers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is an advantage.
• Experience in project management and R&D.
• Good communication skills in English (95% proficiency).

Responsabilidades

• Develops and researches new technologies for manufacturing processes.
• Leads introduction of new products and coordinates project development.
• Documents research and prepares feasibility and validation reports.

- Develops and researches new technologies for manufacturing products and processes.

- Generates cost and waste reduction projects with a positive business approach.

- Leads the introduction of new products and processes in conjunction with process engineering.

- Provides technical leadership for solving complex problems.

- Documents and prepares research, feasibility, qualification, and validation reports for new products and processes.

- Coordinate deadlines and assign specific tasks in project development.

- Work closely with suppliers of raw materials, products, and processes to develop new technologies.

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, materials, polymers, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience. Master's degree in engineering is an advantage. Experience in project management, materials studies, new product introduction, R&D Minitab, Office suite, SPC, Microsoft Project. Good communication skills at all levels of the organization. 95% English (spoken and written).
