MKS Instruments, Inc. in Mexico (Querétaro) is seeking an Indirect/MRO Buyer to partner with internal customers to create purchase orders. You will report to the Procurement Supervisor and help ensure timely sourcing of materials, components and equipment.

Key responsibilities include obtaining quotations, evaluating bids, scheduling material flow, maintaining inventory levels, and developing reliable suppliers while ensuring accurate information exchange across engineering and production teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and good writing and oral communication skills.
• CPIM and/or APICS certification preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information.
• The ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
• Operates in a professional office and/or manufacturing environment.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually average.

A Day in Your Life at MKS: As an Indirect/MRO buyer at MKS, you will partner with Internal customers (ex. Program Manager, Engineering, Corporate, NPI team, etc.) to create Purchase Orders according business needs. In this role, you will report to the Procurement Supervisor.
