Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchase order process by sourcing approved goods/services from nominated vendors.
- Identify supply chain continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage inventory of specific raw materials and determine appropriate replenishment schedules.
- Develop and support the development of strategies.
- Communicate and cultivate relationships with suppliers.
- Develop, improve, standardize, and implement documents.
- Maintain data integrity in all systems.
- Update and maintain purchase order information.
- Coordinate review meetings with multiple functions.
- Coordinate with Purchasing for production component ordering.
- Coordinate with Warehouse to identify space requirements.
- Coordinate with customer service to ensure customer/item setup.
- Coordinate with corporate supply chain for pricing setup.
- Coordinate with Finance and Marketing when corrections/adjustments are required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Specified years of industry-relevant professional experience.
- Relevant certifications, system experience, and training.
- Professional-level English language skills preferred.
