• Master’s Degree (MBA) focused on Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement is desirable.
• Professional Certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, CPM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher are a plus.

Position: Indirect Buyer

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories aligned with company goals.
2. Manage procurement processes for indirect materials and services, including RFQs, negotiations, and contract management.
3. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service criteria, ensuring compliance with company standards.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, maintenance, and finance to understand procurement needs and ensure supply continuity.
5. Drive cost savings, process improvements, and enhance supplier performance.
6. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
7. Maintain accurate procurement records and utilize ERP systems for order tracking and reporting.
8. Perform cost analysis and understand cost drivers.
9. Coordinate with legal advisers to draft contracts that favor the company's interests and conditions.
10. Evaluate supplier performance and stability, implementing improvements and corrective actions when necessary.
11. Prepare and supervise documents such as requisitions, cost reduction spreadsheets, and industry trend analyses.
12. Support new product/line launch activities.
13. Prepare Purchase Orders in the ERP system.
14. Collaborate with MRO warehouse management on re-order points, safety stock, and inventory levels.
15. Follow up on purchase orders until delivery and ensure complete delivery of information to finance.
16. Ensure compliance with security measures and support cycle counts or inventories.
17. Adhere to information security requirements (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

Skills:

• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strategic sourcing, TCO evaluation, RFQ management, contract negotiation, supplier selection.
• Supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, SLA enforcement, supplier development.
• Spend analysis, cost savings, financial evaluation of proposals.
• Knowledge of MRO, IT, logistics, facilities, and operational continuity.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, LN), Excel, Power BI.
• Understanding of ISO 14001, safety, TSAX, sustainability compliance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.

Project Management:

• Managing timelines for procurement initiatives and coordinating global service contracts.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree (MBA) focused on Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement.
