Freudenberg Group Toluca is seeking a material inspection technician to identify components, inspect per the incoming sheet, and maintain records for material releases. You will correctly tag released, rejected or suspect materials and report findings using standard forms.

The role requires at least two years in material inspection, plus ability to interpret drawings and use measuring instruments. The position is on site in Toluca and focuses on QC and quarantine of nonconforming material.

Formación

• Two years in material inspection
• Ability to interpret drawings and inspection instructions

Responsabilidades

• Identify components listed in the Skip lot list to be inspected.
• Inspect components according to the incoming inspection sheet.
• Create and maintain the incoming inspection record and material release reports.
• Correctly identify released, rejected and/or suspect materials using release stamps, reject tags, or detained material.
• Report and communicate findings related to handling of stored materials and/or components using RPO forms.
• Handle nonconforming product properly.
• Manage incoming and outgoing of nonconforming and/or suspect product to quarantine.
