Freudenberg Toluca site is seeking a detail-oriented incoming inspection technician to join the quality team. You will identify components in the skip lot list to be inspected, and perform component inspection according to the incoming inspection sheet.

You will create and maintain incoming inspection records and material release reports, correctly identify released, rejected and/or suspect materials using release stamps and tags, and report findings with RPO forms.

Formación

• High School or technical career required.
• 2 years in material inspection.
• Technical knowledge for drawing interpretation and inspection instructions; knowledge of specifications and tolerances.

Responsabilidades

• Identify components in the Skip lot list to be inspected.
• Inspect components per incoming inspection sheet.
• Create and maintain incoming inspection records and material release reports.
• Correctly identify released, rejected, and/or suspect materials with release stamps/tags and detained material.
• Report findings related to handling of stored materials using RPO forms.
• Handle nonconforming product and quarantine processes.

Responsibilities:

Identify the components listed in the Skip lot list to be inspected.

Component inspection in accordance with the incoming inspection sheet.

Create and keep up to date the incoming inspection record & the material release reports.

Correct identification of released, rejected and/or suspect materials by use of release stamp & reject tags and/or detained material.

Correctly report and communicate findings related to handling of stored materials and/or components using the RPO forms.

Proper handling of detected nonconforming product.

Manage incoming and outgoing of nonconforming and/or suspect product to quarantine.

Qualifications:

High School or Technical Career
2 years in material inspection

Technical knowledge for the drawing interpretation of and inspection instructions: specification & tolerances.
Experience in handling measuring instruments
