The Standard, Mexico City is seeking an Income Auditor to verify daily revenue across hotel outlets, ensure accuracy of all transactions, and uphold internal controls. You will work with Front Office, F&B, spa and other teams to capture revenue accurately and support monthly close.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in auditing or finance, strong attention to detail, and fluency in Spanish and English. This role offers on-site work in a luxury hospitality environment with opportunities to grow.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in income auditing, accounting, finance, or revenue-related roles.
• Solid foundation in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Comfort working with PMS, POS, and financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain organized audit records and look for process improvements.

We are currently seeking an Income Auditor to bring our Anything but Standard ethos to life while helping ensure every transaction tells an accurate story of our business.

What You'll Do

Review and verify daily revenue generated across all hotel outlets and operating departments.

Audit room, food and beverage, spa, and other revenue streams to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Reconcile daily reports, transactions, and supporting documentation.

Investigate discrepancies, variances, and unusual transactions, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for Finance leadership.

Monitor compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit procedures.

Partner with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other operational teams to ensure accurate revenue capture.

Support month‑end closing activities and financial reporting processes.

Maintain organized audit records and documentation.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

What You Bring

A solid foundation in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in income auditing, accounting, finance, or revenue‑related roles.

Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue streams.

Comfort working with PMS, POS, and financial systems.

Excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to spot inconsistencies.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

A proactive mindset and the confidence to ask questions when something doesn't add up.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Previous experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury environments is a plus.

Fluency in Spanish and English.
