Formación

Inbound Sales Development Representative

Inbound Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a junior inbound sales associate who will bring results orientation, discipline, organization, and work structure in CRM, along with a high level of adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities
  • Serve, qualify and close opportunities from Inbound leads that come from digital platforms, marketing campaigns, calls or direct requests.
  • Negotiate basic terms with small and medium-sized clients and close the largest number of them.
  • Manage a massive portfolio of accounts and be able to prioritize the largest companies.
  • Reach out to potential customers in bulk through CRM email sequences, WhatsApp campaigns and cold calling.
  • Utilizing CRM tools for effective lead management (reports, sequences, templates).
  • Collaborating with the rest of the sales team for cohesive efforts.

Technical Skills
  • English intermediate required (at least).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for effective lead management (Hubspot is desirable).
  • Expertise in lead management and nurturing through campaigns and massive automations.
  • Ability to generate and analyze sales reports for informed decision-making.
  • 2 years of experience in Sales as SDR or Sales associate.
