Formación

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (Conversational) required.

Role

The position is responsible for overseeing import and export compliance programs, ensuring that all international trade operations comply with Mexican regulations as well as applicable foreign government laws. This role is critical in minimizing compliance risks, maintaining adherence to trade regulations, and enabling seamless cross-border operations.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the development and execution of risk assessments for import and export compliance programs, ensuring consistent adherence to established policies and procedures across all sites.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of import and export compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory alignment and operational consistency.
  • Oversee all import and export activities to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, collaborating with legal experts to proactively address and resolve compliance-related issues and concerns.
Educational Requirement

Requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Intermediate to Advanced English (Conversational)

  • Skilled in leading and empowering operational teams to deliver strong performance, ensure compliance, and continuously enhance import/export operations.
  • Import / Export Strong expertise in managing end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations while delivering efficient and reliable cross-border flows. Proven ability to partner with customs brokers and key stakeholders to drive smooth, timely transactions. Solid knowledge of IMMEX programs, enabling effective compliance, reporting, and alignment with Mexican regulatory requirements.
  • Logistics Management Strong ability to orchestrate end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination of international inbound and outbound flows. Skilled in optimizing transportation activities to enhance efficiency, reliability, and overall supply chain performance.
  • Supply Chain Management Well-rounded understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, enabling seamless alignment across logistics, planning, and trade compliance to ensure business continuity.
  • Proficient in SAP to support import/export transactions, enhance visibility, and drive effective coordination across the supply chain.
The best candidates will also have:
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisor position
  • Advanced English proficiency
Additional information:

Location: Monterrey,You must be available relocate. Schedule: Monday to Friday <30% international travel, visa required Relocation assistance is available for this position.
