Job Title: IE Specialist

Location: Tijuana, Mexico

Overview of Role: Perform departmental activities, analyze improvements, and provide support to co-workers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Elaboration and follow-up of imports (Definitive, Temporary, Virtual, etc.)
• Change of Regime, rectification, and validation of applicable taxes
• Elaboration and follow-up of exports (Definitive, Temporary, Virtual, Inbound, rectifications, sec. 321, FDA, etc.)
• Follow-up of national and inbound shipments and notification of the status of imports
• Inventory control, management, and tracking of inbound and outbound materials in warehouse (US) for imports
• Fixed asset inventory control (both physical) and digital audits
• Support for foreign trade bureau audits focusing on assets and documents
• BOMS analysis
• Analysis of scrap for export and scrap with change of regime (“F4 key”)
• Follow-up of requirements for shipments detained by the FDA
• Analysis of waste generated from production processes
