Zusammenfassung

Carrier is seeking an established Materials & Logistics professional to coordinate the timely submission of import/export documentation and ensure the efficient customs clearance of shipments through different offices, while monitoring the logistics budget.

You will enforce CTPAT/OEA programs, review invoices and manifests, track shipments, and optimize inventory and storage facilities, using strong English and analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 85% English proficiency (spoken, written, and listening).
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, or related field.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• CTPAT and OEA experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate storage facilities when required to ensure materials are properly stored.
• Examine invoices and shipping manifests for tariff and customs compliance.
• Conduct inventory control and classification to optimize resources and logistics execution.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and manuals for spare parts, tools, and testing equipment.
• Track goods in transit and expedite orders for on-time delivery.
• Optimize and control logistics costs.
• Ensure compliance with secure supply chain programs (CTPAT/OEA).
