Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate import/export documentation, ensure timely customs clearance, and manage the logistics budget across offices. The role enforces CT PAT/OEA secure supply chain programs and oversees storage, inventory, and shipment tracking.

You'll collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize costs, maintain compliance, and prepare reports and manuals for spare parts and testing equipment.

Qualifications

• 85% English proficiency (spoken, written, and listening).
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, or a related field.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• CTPAT and OEA experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate storage facilities when required to ensure materials are properly stored.
• Examine invoices and shipping manifests for compliance with tariff and customs regulations.
• Conduct inventory control, analysis, and classification according to material management procedures.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and manuals for spare parts, tools, and testing equipment.
• Track goods in transit and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Optimize and control logistics costs.
• Ensure compliance with secure supply chain programs (CTPAT/OEA).
