North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an Import & Export Lead to lead the Import & Export team and strengthen hands-on operations while developing leadership skills.

The role emphasizes daily operations, guidance to coordinators, and ensuring timely, compliant customs entries. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree, posses advanced English, and have experience in Import & Export operations, including programs such as PROSEC or R8, and maritime shipments

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced English, with professional communication.
• General experience in Import & Export operations.
• Experience with sector-specific programs (PROSEC, R8) or similar.
• Experience with maritime shipments (Ensenada).
• Ability to direct and follow up on operational activities within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and ensure compliance with processing times and metrics for Import & Export transactions.
• Provide guidance to coordinators on questions or exceptional situations.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of customs entries; apply government programs for exemptions.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks related to SIEF, supplier platforms, or tools.
• Participate in meetings with customers and compliance/admin staff for catalog maintenance.
• Promote accountability, professionalism, and a collaborative work environment.

We are looking for an Import & Export Lead to join our Import & Export team. This is a leadership opportunity for a professional with hands-on Import & Export experience who is ready to strengthen their people leadership skills while remaining closely involved in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with established processing times, procedures, and departmental metrics for Import & Export transactions.
• Provide guidance to coordinators when questions or exceptional situations arise, including workload restructuring and responses to customers or suppliers.
• Ensure coordinators complete and close customs entries accurately and on time, applying available government programs and benefits that allow for applicable duty exemptions.
• Identify situations that may prevent an efficient workflow, including issues related to SIEF, supplier platforms, computer equipment, or other work tools.
• Participate in meetings with customers and personnel responsible for compliance and administrative activities related to catalog maintenance, particularly when accuracy levels deviate from expectations or updates are not completed within the timeframes established by customs regulations.
• Promote team accountability, professionalism, and a respectful, collaborative work environment with internal and external customers.

• Experience applying sector-specific programs such as PROSEC, R8, or similar programs.
• Experience with maritime shipments, including operations through Ensenada.
