Cisco ThousandEyes seeks an experienced Implementation Engineer to lead enablement, implementation, and optimization services for enterprise customers deploying the ThousandEyes platform.

You will plan deployments, configure monitoring, document solutions, and deliver customer training while engaging with diverse technical and business stakeholders. This role requires strong networking knowledge and programming experience.

Formación

• Project management experience and ability to coordinate tasks in tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of network and application protocols.
• Experience maintaining or implementing LAN/WAN environments.
• Familiarity with web technologies and REST APIs.
• Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Deliver enablement, implementation, and optimization services as a trusted tech advisor.
