Farmers Insurance is seeking a Predictive Analytics Analyst (Early Career) to join a newly formed team focused on enabling faster, more accurate, and forward-looking financial decision-making across Finance. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a function built from the ground up with high visibility to senior leadership.

You will develop predictive models, build data pipelines, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-evolving environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or predictive analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong SQL (advanced) and ETL/data pipeline development (advanced).
• Working knowledge of Python and/or R (intermediate).
• Familiarity with Snowflake or data warehousing is a plus.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop predictive analytics to support key business decisions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Prepare data and integrate sources for analytics workflows.
• Write SQL and use Python or R to analyze large datasets.
• Design reports and visualizations to communicate insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and present findings clearly.
• Understand enterprise data domains in finance and insurance.
