Arrow Electronics is looking for an IMMEX Analyst - Annex 24 to join our team in Guadalajara!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Internal support to the import and export teams.
• Validate the accuracy of the Annex 24 information against Data Stage for Annex 30 reports accuracy.
• Research and Resolve issues: gaps on the Annex 24 inventory system, gaps on the pedimentos info validations.
• Data and reports: Annex 24 inventory accuracy reports, AXLValidate reports, Issues, and gaps to be fixed with the teams.
• Other general duties and special projects: Stock validations against ERP, special status reports, Systems integrations special projects.
• Other duties or projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires 1-2 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree completed
• Annex 24 knowledge and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Aranxel Annex 24 system is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with little or no guidance

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$18,508.33 - $22,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
