BairesDev is seeking an IFS Cloud Engineer to join our North America delivery team and drive PSO implementations. You will work with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, and Project Managers to run client workshops, document business processes, and configure PSO to client needs while supporting testing and go-live.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IFS consulting, strong PSO expertise, and excellent English with ET hours availability; this role offers 100% remote

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IFS consulting or implementation.
• Strong expertise in IFS PSO (Planning and Scheduling Optimization).
• Experience with PSO scoping, configuration, and go-live processes.
• Proven consulting and workshop facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of Field Service Management, including work order lifecycle, dispatch, and routing.
• Familiarity with IFS Cloud, Aurena, or IFS App Gen.
• Strong requirements gathering abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work ET hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

In this role, you'll join the IFS Professional Services delivery team, contributing to implementations where the Planning and Scheduling Optimization module is in scope. Working directly with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, and Project Managers, you'll run client workshops, document business processes, and configure PSO to client needs while supporting testing and go-live. This is your opportunity to specialize in optimization solutions for Field Service Management, combining functional expertise with strong communication skills while working embedded in North America-based delivery pods.
