The candidate will oversee daily academic and operational processes, monitor teaching quality, and collaborate with IB coordinators to ensure student success within the IB framework.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field preferred.
• IB training, workshops, or certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Middle School Principal in leading a safe, structured learning environment.
• Oversee daily academic, behavioral, and operational processes.
• Monitor teaching and learning through classroom observations and teacher support.
• Build strong partnerships with students, families, and staff.
• Oversee school operations, schedules, and events.
• Support safeguarding initiatives and student protection practices.
