Kipling School in Mexico City, a private bilingual IB World School, invites an experienced leader to join as Vice Principal. You will support the Middle School Principal in maintaining a safe, structured, and high-performing learning environment aligned with IB standards.

The role focuses on student wellbeing, attendance, behavior systems, and collaboration with IB Coordinators, families, and staff. Strong English proficiency and prior experience with MYP and school operations are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field is required.
• 3–4 years of teaching and school leadership experience, IB framework preferred (MYP).
• IB training or certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation of the school's mission, values, and IB philosophy.
• Lead student behavior, attendance, wellbeing, and discipline systems.
• Monitor teaching and learning through classroom observations and teacher support.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Build partnerships with students, families, and staff.
• Oversee daily school operations, schedules, teacher coverage, and events.
• Support safeguarding initiatives and student protection practices.
• Collaborate with IB Coordinators to ensure student success.
