International Schools Partnership Limited seeks an enthusiastic instructor to deliver high-quality extracurricular sessions in a safe, inclusive setting for students in Mexico City. You will plan age-appropriate activities that foster participation, creativity, teamwork and continuous learning, while representing the school's values.

The role focuses on student well-being, engagement and positive community participation, with safeguarding and health & safety central to daily practice.

Formación

• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate young students.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate extracurricular sessions aligned with the objectives and nature of the activity.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that encourages participation and respect.
• Adapt activities and teaching strategies to accommodate different levels of ability, interests, and learning needs.
• Monitor students' participation, progress, and development, providing appropriate feedback and encouragement.
• Ensure the appropriate use, organization, and care of equipment, materials, and facilities related to the activity.
• Communicate professionally and collaborate with school staff and relevant members of the school community.
• Follow all school policies and procedures, particularly those related to safeguarding, health and safety, and student well-being.
• Participate in relevant school events, showcases, competitions, performances, or activities associated with the extracurricular program, as required.
