Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an IAM SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to configure, enhance, and support identity governance solutions across the organization. You will drive governance initiatives with compliance stakeholders and support role engineering to reduce risks and improve visibility into access management.

You will collaborate with teams on certification campaigns, engineering efforts, and documentation to ensure robust IGA practices aligned with SOX, PCI-DSS, and NIST controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow configuration experience.
• Understanding of identity governance concepts including access certification and RBAC.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills for working with compliance and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SailPoint IdentityNow to support new identity governance use cases.
• Support access certification campaigns and improve their accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to role engineering efforts to reduce access sprawl and improve governance visibility.
• Partner with compliance teams to ensure IGA processes support SOX, PCI-DSS, and NIST-aligned control testing.
• Document configuration changes and maintain operational runbooks.
