Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Engineer (IAM) to drive a large identity modernization. You will plan cutovers, resolve authentication issues, and maintain runbooks across hundreds of applications.

You will partner with app owners to ensure smooth migration, document operational playbooks, and support a multi-wave rollout in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Okta and Azure AD in large-scale migrations.
• Strong knowledge of SAML and OIDC protocols.
• Experience documenting runbooks and operational playbooks.
• Experience across a matrixed enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical migration of SSO integrations from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID across ~200 applications.
• Migrate ~45,000 users from SMS authentication to Okta Verify.
• Diagnose and resolve SSO issues during cutover.
• Coordinate with application teams on migration scheduling and testing.
• Develop migration runbooks and documentation for multi-wave execution.

We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer (IAM) to help move application SSO integrations from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID as part of a major identity modernization program.
