AstraZeneca is seeking a Cybersecurity IAM Engineer to protect digital identities across on-prem and cloud systems. You will work with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity technologies, delivering operational IAM services, authentication, authorization and lifecycle management.

You will support, maintain and improve identity services, automate IAM processes, and collaborate across cyber security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access and timely

Formación

• Strong experience supporting Active Directory Domain Services in a complex enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID including identity synchronization and authentication methods.
• Experience supporting hybrid identity environments with on-premises AD and cloud identity platforms.
• Experience supporting Windows File Share access and permissions management.
• Experience with multifactor authentication, Self-Service Password Reset and passwordless authentication.
• Solid understanding of authentication and federation technologies (Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
• Experience automating IAM processes with PowerShell or similar.
• Experience coordinating responses to high-priority incidents and service restorations.
• Ability to balance operations, projects, incidents, and service requests within ITSM processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support, maintain and improve enterprise IAM across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Administer AD DS domain controllers, OUs, trusts, and directory infrastructure.
• Support and troubleshoot hybrid identity environments integrating AD with Entra ID.
• Manage authentication services including MFA, SSPR, passwordless, and CA/Federation.
• Manage Windows File Share access and group-based permissions.
• Support joiner/mover/leaver processes and access reviews.
• Administer Entra ID services including applications and registrations.
• Investigate and resolve authentication, synchronization, and authorization issues.
• Troubleshoot AD replication, DNS, DHCP, Kerberos and GPO health.
• Implement identity security controls and privileged access management.
• Support high-priority incidents with triage, communication and restoration.
• Identify opportunities to automate IAM tasks with PowerShell.
