AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Cybersecurity – Identity & Access Management Engineer to protect digital identities across on-premises and cloud environments. You will support, maintain and improve IAM services, working with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity technologies to enable secure access for researchers, clinicians and colleagues.

• Strong experience supporting Active Directory Domain Services in a complex enterprise.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID with identity synchronization and apps.
• Experience supporting hybrid identity integrating on-prem AD with cloud identity platforms.
• Experience supporting Windows File Share access and permissions.
• Experience with MFA, Self-Service Password Reset, passwordless authentication and user credential management.
• Knowledge of Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OAuth and federation technologies.
• Experience scripting in PowerShell to automate IAM processes.
• Experience coordinating responses to high-priority incidents.
• Ability to balance operations, projects, incidents and service requests.
• Ability to engage with business users and teams via approved channels.
• Degree or equivalent practical experience in IT / CS / cybersecurity.

Responsabilidades

• Support, maintain and improve enterprise IAM services across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Administer Active Directory Domain Services, including domain controllers, OUs and trusts.
• Support and troubleshoot hybrid identity environments integrating AD with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage authentication services including MFA, Self-Service Password Reset and passwordless auth.
• Manage Windows File Share access and permissions.
• Support joiner/mover/leaver processes and access reviews.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID services including enterprise apps and registrations.
• Investigate and resolve authentication, identity synchronization and authorization issues.
• Triage incidents and manage service restoration tasks.
• Automate repetitive IAM tasks using PowerShell and other tools.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to route requests through approved channels.
