McDonald’s in Mexico City is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive IAM initiatives and translate business needs into technical specifications. You will collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure clear requirements and robust design.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in business analysis, strong IAM knowledge, and experience with Jira or Azure DevOps. You’ll coordinate across stakeholders, support UAT, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in business analysis or related roles.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and controls.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for work item management.
• Familiarity with ASP.Net applications and Azure platform.
• Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint or Saviynt is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document requirements for identity lifecycle and access management.
• Support BRD preparation and validation with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs with architects.
• Create and maintain user stories, Epics, and tasks in Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Liaise between business and development teams for clarity.
• Act as SME for McDonald’s IAM application and IAM concepts.
• Coordinate with dev and business during UAT phases.
• Assist QA in defect analysis and resolution.
• Maintain clear communication on deliverables across stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
