Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are looking for an S&T Service Coordinator responsible for overseeing and ensuring service stability, availability, and performance of IT infrastructure. This role manages Compute servers, Network (IT/OT), Power, and cooling devices for Telecommunication rooms and End User services, aligned with ITSM processes and managing our third-party service providers.

Your Impact

As I&O Service Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring stability, performance, and availability of I&O Infrastructure services.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, validating technical designs, and troubleshooting networking services (WAN, LAN, Wireless).
  • Running key ITSM processes: Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Acting as owner of system monitoring, working with One PepsiCo Operations Center to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency through MSPs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enforce SLAs and manage contract services.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish & English.
  • Network CCNA certification or equivalent skills.
  • ITSM processes (ITIL V4 certification): Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and understanding of IT-OT infrastructure.
  • Technical expertise in compute (servers, cloud services).
  • Vendor management skills to ensure compliance and service agreements.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity policies and industry regulations.
  • Ability to plan and allocate resources, and report using KPIs.
  • Experience in controlling operational budgets, including forecasting, collaborating with Finance and Procurement.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
