NXP Semiconductors is hiring for a Technical Support Engineer to be the primary technical contact for customers worldwide, focusing on i.MX applications processors. You will combine deep product knowledge with strong communication to accelerate time-to-market and drive design wins, while collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams.

The role requires embedded software experience, proficiency in C, and fluent English and Spanish communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Embedded software/firmware experience.
• Proficiency in C programming; Java knowledge is a plus.
• Good Linux/RTOS programming skills; embedded Linux a plus.
• Experience with UART, SPI, I2C, SDIO, USB, and network interfaces.
• Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers/processors.
• Understanding of schematics and PCB layout review.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide highly technical support to customers worldwide designing with NXP i.MX Processors.
• Become a recognized technical expert on i.MX solutions within Mass Market.
• Improve customer satisfaction by timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Develop and revise product documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
