NXP Semiconductors in Mexico is seeking a technically savvy Technical Support Engineer for our NFC/RFID and Security product portfolio. You will be the primary technical contact for customers worldwide, translating complex requirements into workable design-win solutions and ensuring successful design-in of NXP products.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Electrical/Electronics, hands-on embedded software experience, and fluent English and Spanish communication skills.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation or equivalent practical experience.
Embedded software/ firmware development experience.
Proficiency in C; Java knowledge is a plus.
Good Linux and/or RTOS programming skills; embedded Linux experience is a plus.
Solid knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C, SDIO, USB and network interfaces.

Responsabilidades

Provide highly technical support to customers worldwide designing with NFC/RFID and Security devices via email, online tools, and phone.
Become a recognized technical expert on NFC, RFID, and Security solutions within the Mass Market segment.
Improve customer satisfaction by promptly following up on inquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to enhance NXP's offering and the overall customer experience.
Continuously expand your technical knowledge by contributing to: Development and revision of product documentation and FAQs
Writing and reviewing Application Notes
Helping within some technical trainings
Helping customer develop their applications
Reviewing customer schematics and PCB layouts
