Delinea is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Operations in Mexico City. You will drive cross‑team programs, own vendor lifecycle, and manage developer tooling to ensure on‑time delivery.

The role blends program management with hands‑on governance of tools, security guidelines, and multi‑cloud environments. You will collaborate with IT, Legal, FP&A, and Security, and contribute to process improvements that shorten cycle times and increase visibility across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience in software development.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional project/program management certification (PMP/ PMI-ACP/ CSM/ SAFe).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate multiple software development projects across engineering teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Oversee vendor lifecycle, onboarding and procurement workflows.
• Own developer tooling renewal and license management.
• Ensure security guidelines and access controls are followed.
• Manage Dev/Test/QA environments across multi-cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Reconcile tooling invoices and track purchase orders with FP&A.
