Fresenius Medical Care in Mexico is seeking an SAP PP/QM Consultant to stabilize end-to-end manufacturing processes in SAP S/4HANA. You will provide L2/L3 support for production order management, ensure EWM integration, and help drive continuous improvement in the Plan‑to‑Make lifecycle.

The role requires 6–9 years in production planning/execution and 4+ years in SAP PP with S/4HANA experience, plus QM and EWM knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years in Production Planning and Execution.
• 4+ years hands-on SAP PP (S/4HANA preferred).
• Knowledge of QM and EWM.
• Experience in manufacturing environments across discrete/process industries.
• GBS/CoE or sustain operations experience preferred.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA production order management, including production order creation, release, staging, consumption, and confirmation.
• Ensure close integration to the EWM system for staging, consumption and goods receipt booking.
• Support master data governance for routing, BOMs, work centres/resources, and planning attributes.
• Analyze obstructions in execution; recommend corrective actions.
• Support integration across ePP/DS, MM, APO/IBP, QM and EWM for reliable production processes.
• Manage change requests and enhancements with global process owners and IT governance.
• Support CI initiatives to improve production execution stability and efficiency.
• Assist production managers and workers with system expertise and troubleshooting guidance.
