Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, is seeking an Analyst to support the billable project lifecycle across the Americas practice. The role links operations and finance, ensuring accurate project setup, revenue recognition and timely billing in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Controllership, Finance and Business Managers, handle data checks in Certinia, and contribute to month-end close. A hybrid schedule requires two office days per week and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial, finance, or professional services experience.
• Experience with Excel lookups, SUMIFS, and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with project accounting or invoicing systems.
• Salesforce or Certinia experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic project setup and code creation.
• Verify client details, revenue terms, billing data and schedules.
• Maintain Certinia project attributes for reporting and accuracy.
• Manage daily work queues and provide status updates.
• Coordinate with Controllership for PEA validation and data queries.
• Support month-end and year-end reconciliation and close.
• Produce routine reports and BI extracts (Tableau/Power BI).
