MezTal is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, cost, and schedule. You will manage integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks, procurement, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities include developing attainable project plans, managing interdependencies, mitigating risks, coordinating vendors, and delivering measurable outcomes within a hybrid work model spanning

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressive responsibility in project coordination/management.
• Knowledge of project management theories, methodologies, and software tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset to work with teams to achieve goals.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read/write/speak English to interact with residents, vendors, and team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the successful completion of assigned projects within scope, cost, and schedule.
• Develop and monitor project plans with milestones and interdependencies.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues.
• Coordinate resources and manage vendor engagements to meet timelines.
• Communicate project status clearly to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Adhere to Lifespace PMO methodologies and governance standards.
