Dover is seeking an OPCO Buyer for our Tlanepantla facility. The role is hybrid, combining office work with on-site activities in Mexico.

You will support material planning, inventory control, and supplier coordination to meet production demands. Expect to manage kanban levels, release materials, review vendor performance, and generate reports while upholding ethical standards and clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience in materials and/or purchasing or industrial field.
• High school graduate with 2 years of college; college degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of machining and shop processes beneficial.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand shop terminology.
• Strong ethics and clear communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure optimum inventory and kanban levels to meet customer requirements.
• Plan releases and ordering to achieve on-time deliveries and optimal inventory.
• Investigate and resolve issues from material shortages.
• Maintain data integrity for inventory/transactions; manage kanban activities.
• Prepare reports and support NPD stage gate processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
