Job summary

Cummins Inc. in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, seeks a North America Payroll Manager to lead the Payroll team within Cummins Services – HR Operations. The role combines regional payroll leadership with process standardization and technology optimization to support US, Canada, and LATAM payrolls.

Hybrid work model (3 days on site, 2 days home office) and relocation package offered. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in payroll and advanced English; experience with ADP Global View, SAP,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a team of payroll analysts.
Strong knowledge of US and Canadian payroll regulations and labor laws.
Minimum five years’ experience in a Payroll Leadership role.
Advanced English language required.

Responsibilities

Drive consistent processes across assigned country/s and coordinate efforts focused on global/regional process standardization.
Analyze and make recommendations to existing technologies and supporting processes to drive continuous improvement and change initiatives.
Own oversight of assigned country/s payroll to ensure compliance with company and country-specific policies and procedures as well as to support fiscal and regulatory compliance.
Implement and leverage approved technology that best fits our objectives
Plan, manage and ensure execution of daily payroll processes including expatriate payroll administration.
Partner effectively with stakeholders across HR Operations, IT, Finance, and other functions to ensure appropriate flow of data and reporting.
Provide subject matter expertise, counsel, and support with respect to payroll related matters, existing and new payroll requirements as well as system integration and configuration requirements, by partnering with our technical teams.
