Marsh is seeking a Senior Windows Engineer in Mexico City for a hybrid role requiring three days in the office weekly. You will lead major incident responses and drive large cloud migrations, architect resilient Windows environments, and automate deployments with PowerShell and IaC.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of Windows Server experience, expert AD and clustering knowledge, and strong English communication skills to influence global teams across time zones.

Formación

• 8–10 years of Windows Server engineering experience.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Expert knowledge of Windows Server architecture (2016–2025), AD and failover clustering.
• Experience with Git and PowerShell; scripting and automation.
• Experience integrating Windows into CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Cloud experience in AWS and Azure; able to operate across public clouds.
• Proven delivery of complex Windows solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major incident responses and coordinate global cross-functional teams.
• Drive strategic cloud migrations for Windows workloads.
• Architect, build and deploy resilient Windows environments across multiple systems.
• Build automation and IaC pipelines using PowerShell and related tools.
• Operate with autonomy; mentor peers and define global technical standards.
