Zusammenfassung

Marsh seeks a skilled Change Management professional to join our Database Production Services team in Mexico City. The role requires 3+ years in ITIL change management, ITIL Foundation, and exposure to ITIL Service Management processes.

You will prepare reports, support governance, and collaborate with ITSM teams in a hybrid setup with three in-office days. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle, coordinate change reviews, and ensure proper categorization and scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in ITIL change management.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with databases or application support.

Aufgaben

• Manage end to end change management lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Review and validate change requests for completeness and compliance
• Manage queues for Database related change requests utilizing domain knowledge to manage changes efficiently through their lifecycle
• Facilitate communications about changes and change reviews which requires coordination among involved teams and requester.
• Prepare and maintain change management reports.
• Ensure changes are appropriately categorized, prioritize and scheduled.
• Help and support other areas of the IT Service Management for better hygiene and governance cadence.
