Ford of Mexico is seeking a Senior Associate, HR Shared Service, to support onboarding, HRIS, payroll, and benefits processes. You will deliver excellent customer service to hires and managers, ensuring accuracy and compliance across HR data and procedures.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR stakeholders, process improvement, and adherence to legal requirements in a hybrid work setup at the GTBC in Naucalpan.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, BA, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• English proficiency level C1 or C2 required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming calls and service request tickets to respond to inquiries.
• Execute core HR administrative duties including onboarding/offboarding and payroll processing.
• Monitor HR service KPIs and develop reporting templates for leaders.
• Interpret HR policies and support daily workflows for benefits and data management.
• Support special HR projects such as benchmarking and engagement surveys.
• Assist in mapping HR processes and maintaining accurate HR records.
• Prepare HR communications related to services offered by HR Shared Service.
• Support HRIS, compensation, and benefits processes during onboarding and movements.
• Update HR Shared Service policies to ensure legal alignment.
• Coordinate data transfers with external payroll suppliers.
