Ford of Mexico seeks an HRSS Consultant to execute core HR functions, including payroll, compensation, benefits, staffing, and compliance. The role focuses on tech-enabled service delivery and bridging HR operations with modern technology to support employees and managers.

Under supervision, you'll leverage AI tools and analytics to improve service, maintain data integrity, and ensure policy compliance. Hybrid work at GTBC Naucalpan enables collaboration and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, Digital Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Customer Service Operations, or Business Process Improvement roles where technology was actively used to solve problems.
• English proficiency level C1 or C2 (minimum) required.
• Hybrid work readiness in GTBC Naucalpan, Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Tech-Enabled Customer Service: Maintains accurate and confidential HR data and drives compliance with federal, state, and local laws, coordinating with external payroll providers and handling inquiries via HR systems (HCM Oracle).
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Identifies repetitive HR tasks and seeks improvements through data analysis and automation opportunities.
• Core HR Administration: Performs onboarding/offboarding, employee data management, and payroll coordination to ensure data integrity.
• HR Connect and Communication: Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and communicates with clarity, empathy, and simplicity.
