Grupo Quince22 is seeking a Demand Planner / Demand Planning & Distribution Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. The role focuses on turning sales and inventory data into actionable decisions to optimize product profitability and availability.

You will be a key link between Commercial, Purchasing, and Operations to align demand with supply capacity and financial goals. Responsibilities include forecasting across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce, managing inventory, and building dashboards for

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Demand Planner, Allocator, Inventory Analyst, Planning Analyst, or similar in multi-channel retail/distribution.
• Experience with formal S&OP cycles is a plus.
• Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or premium consumer goods is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; familiar with planning systems.

Responsabilidades

• Demand planning and forecasting across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce channels.
• Build forecasts using data and business judgment based on sales history, trends, new launches, and promotions.
• Coordinate with supply chain, commercial, and distribution centers to allocate products where needed.
• Track forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory turnover, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate forecasting and supply planning for new products and end-of-life items; align with global strategy.
