Ford of Mexico seeks a seasoned software professional to advance hyper automation and agentic AI initiatives. You will design and implement AI-enabled solutions for internal stakeholders, coordinating with global developers, and ensuring timely delivery using Agile practices.

Applicants should have a solid software foundation, experience with Python/Java, and familiarity with automation platforms and cloud services. English communication and collaboration across teams are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Python 3.x and Java/JS; strong software fundamentals.
• Hands-on with automation/low-code platforms (Pega, Power Platform) and cloud tech.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services; AI/LLMs knowledge.
• Strong OOP and architecture understanding; professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, lead, and support Hyper Automation initiatives toward AI-driven automation.
• Design and build agentic AI solutions for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Maintain documentation and ensure on-time delivery with Agile practices.
• Keep abreast of AI advancements and enterprise tooling changes.
