Una destacada empresa en bienes raíces busca un técnico en HVAC para garantizar el mantenimiento y operación eficiente de sus sistemas. Ubicado en la oficina corporativa de Microsoft en CDMX, el candidato ideal tendrá formación técnica y experiencia en sistemas eléctricos y mecánicos. Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles similares.
• Capacidad de realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de sistemas HVAC.
• Conocimiento en software BMS para operar y configurar sistemas.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en sistemas HVAC.
• Operar y configurar sistemas HVAC usando software BMS.
• Monitorear parámetros operativos y restablecer alarmas en sistemas de gran capacidad.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration, and review operational parameters such as supply voltages, current consumption per phase or overall system, according to equipment configuration. Tasks include changing valves, belts, pulleys, bearings of various types, replacing filters of UMAS, and maintaining VAVS systems. Calibrate VAV and VMA dampers.
2. Operate and configure HVAC systems using BMS software.
3. Monitor and review operational parameters and reset alarms on large capacity systems such as chillers (water-cooled and air-cooled).
4. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air injection and extraction systems of various capacities.
5. Create new air conditioning branch lines using spiral ducts (worm duct) to required areas and make corrections to existing branches.
6. Comply with HSSE policies, procedures, and training.
7. Maintain a service-oriented attitude, respect, and attention to internal and external clients.
8. Organize assigned activities, perform tasks with order and cleanliness.
9. Record all operations in the maintenance management platform, logbooks, or designated maintenance formats.
10. Conduct periodic maintenance according to the general and specific maintenance schedule and address HVAC system failures.
11. Possess technical diploma or degree.
12. Have advanced skills and knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems and handling air loads.
13. Possess advanced knowledge of measuring instruments such as multimeters, temperature, and humidity sensors.
14. Have at least 3 years of proven experience in similar roles.

Job Details:

• Gross monthly salary: $16,500 MXN
• Night shift, Monday to Friday, 22:00 to 06:00
• Work location: Microsoft Mexico Corporate Office, Vasco de Quiroga 3200, Santa Fe, CDMX
• Contract type: SES
