Flex is seeking a Facilities Engineer (HVAC Expert) to join our Guadalajara, North Site, Mexico team. You will define design requirements, review equipment specs, and guide projects that keep our manufacturing facilities running efficiently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Research facility products or equipment specifications to design producible equipment.
- Define feasibility of new plant facilities equipment modifications considering costs and space.
- Provide technical facilities information affecting long-range plant planning.
- Use computer aided engineering/design software to perform tasks.
- Guide projects and project teams.
- Develop expertise in areas like clean rooms, Walk-in Coolers & Freezers, RO/DI Water systems, waste neutralization, gas systems, vacuum systems, and process chillers.
