Formación

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en ventas o desarrollo de negocios.
  • Historial comprobado en cierre de tratos complejos B2B.

Role

We are looking for a charismatic, results-driven Expert Negotiator with deep entrepreneurial instincts and proven commercial experience to help us grow our restaurant portfolio across Latin America, specifically, with our game changers (key brands) in Mexico. This role is tailor-made for a high-performing relationship-builder who understands the dynamics of food & beverage, has built or scaled businesses, and knows how to close complex, high-impact deals.

You’ll be the trusted face of Rappi to top restaurant groups and key decision-makers. Think: someone who can walk into a high-end group like Grupo Carolo or a street-side taquería and build genuine, lasting partnerships with both.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a commercial hunter: identify high-potential restaurant groups and local heroes across key cities.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation through to signed partnerships and long-term growth.
  • Negotiate high-value, tailored partnership agreements, mastering key levers such as commission, exclusivity, Rappi-funded incentives, and brand exposure.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers, understanding their fears, constraints, and ambitions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and finance teams to craft proposals that translate insights into winning commercial offers.
  • Achieve financial success for ourselves and our allies through assertive models and ensure influential alignment trade offs for mid- to long-term value that may not be clear within the financial model.
  • Lead strategic negotiations that create win-win outcomes – e.g., ad credit for banners, financing kitchens in exchange for visibility or exclusivity.
  • Develop reporting and pipeline tracking tools that ensure visibility on commercial KPIs and progress.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently across stakeholders, escalating blockers and unlocking decision points when needed.
  • Drive account growth strategies for existing restaurant partners, building loyalty and long-term value.
  • Serve as an internal voice of the customer to influence our product, strategy, and value proposition.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or entrepreneurship.
  • Proven track record building and closing complex B2B or B2B2C deals.
  • Backgrounds may include:
    • Former Key Account Managers (KAMs) in companies like AB InBev / Grupo Modelo
    • Advertising agency professionals who sold to SMEs or large accounts
    • Founders/entrepreneurs who’ve built businesses and understand “ownership mindset”
  • Experience working across commercial, marketing, and operational teams.
