A global manufacturing company in Mexico is seeking an experienced Human Resources Representative to manage social responsibility initiatives and support audits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in HR. This role involves overseeing philanthropic events and administrating various HR functions.
Human Resources Representative 2
Bachelor's Degree Level (Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Administration, Marketing) or related.
Experience:
2 year of experience in the area of human resources, Operation of civil organizations with social causes, desirable knowledge in the management of the Code of Conduct of the Electronics Industry and Mexican LFT and Regulations.
Knowledge:
Project management, Office package management (Word, Excel, Power point), English 50%, Using Google Docs and basic statistics.

Responsibilities / Activities:
Manage and follow up the ESR, DEI, etc. Support in audits related to Social Responsibility, Administration of the Sanmina Integration Center, Attend and follow-up requests for support from CSOs (Civil Society Organizations), Social Responsibility site administration, Disseminate and communicate throughout the organization The achievements and advances in Social Responsibility, Vending Machine Administration, Organization of philanthropic events
