A global manufacturing company in Mexico is seeking an experienced Human Resources Representative to manage social responsibility initiatives and support audits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in HR. Key skills include project management and strong communication abilities, along with a focus on teamwork and conflict resolution. This role involves overseeing philanthropic events and administrating various HR functions.

Formación

  • 2 years of experience in the area of human resources.
  • Desirable knowledge in the management of the Code of Conduct of the Electronics Industry.
  • Basic knowledge of Mexican LFT and Regulations.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and follow up on the ESR, DEI.
  • Support in audits related to Social Responsibility.
  • Administer the Sanmina Integration Center.
  • Attend and follow up requests for support from CSOs.
  • Communicate achievements in Social Responsibility organization-wide.
  • Administer Vending Machines and organize philanthropic events.

Human Resources Representative 2

Bachelor's Degree Level (Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Administration, Marketing) or related.

Experience:

2 year of experience in the area of human resources, Operation of civil organizations with social causes, desirable knowledge in the management of the Code of Conduct of the Electronics Industry and Mexican LFT and Regulations.

Knowledge:

Project management, Office package management (Word, Excel, Power point), English 50%, Using Google Docs and basic statistics.

Responsibilities / Activities:
