Procter & Gamble is seeking a Human Resources Intern at the Tepeji plant, Hidalgo. Work is part-time with flexible hours, starting ASAP for 12 to 18 months. You will contribute to employee engagement, communication, talent development, and DEI initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Qualified students in HR, business, or organizational psychology with advanced English and a Dec 2027–Jun 2028 graduation window are encouraged to apply. Salary is 9,000–18,000 MXN gross, depending on hours worked.

Location: Tepeji del Río de Ocampo, Hidalgo
Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours.
Profile: Current students from Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from 9,000MXN to 18,000 MXN and may vary depending on the selected work schedule.
Duration: 12 to 18 months.
Qualifications: Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028. Advanced English.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
