Formación

About this Position

This position will ensure that local HR practices and initiatives are aligned with the overall corporate and regional business strategy. It involves creating solutions suited to the local organization and planning for the country's specific needs while driving employee engagement and adding value to the employee experience.

What you'll do
  • Support internal clients and help develop/implement HR practices, solutions, and strategies for the country.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers within the framework of local labor law.
  • Deliver and execute HR processes, advise, and support on policies accurately.
  • Oversee the salary review process for all levels within the country.
  • Coordinate performance and talent management processes and act as a local moderator.
  • Manage the promotion process locally and collaborate with talent to identify and prepare development plans for key and high-potential employees.
  • Coordinate local change management projects and manage HR-related internal and external communication.
  • Support the identification of local training needs and coordinate development programs for employees.
  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and conflicts within the local context.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and ensuring their rights are respected at the workplace.
  • Monitor that implemented practices and policies comply with corporate standards, statutory regulations, and laws.
  • Ensure HR practices and policies are in compliance with corporate standards and legal requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as an HR Generalist with knowledge of HR processes.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of HR areas such as talent management, employment law, compensation & benefits, and career management.
