About the Role

Mirai RiskTech is seeking an HR Generalist to join the support team. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment across various departments globally, building strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their needs. The HR Generalist will support organizational development processes and provide HR support to internal clients. This position reports to the HR Manager and works closely with the global support team and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment process across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Recruitment will cover financial, technology, admin, and product positions, with international search.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
  • Support employee inquiries and assist with employee administration tasks.
  • Provide training during the onboarding process.
  • Assist with on-site tasks related to the hiring process.
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events to foster connection and team bonding.
  • Assist with career fairs.
  • Create corporate documentation.
Your Profile

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (preferably with a specialization in Human Resources), Organizational Development, or Psychology. Academic credentials and professional license number are required.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • At least 6 months of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Experience managing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and job boards.
  • Experience working in an international company is preferred.
  • Experience in a consulting firm is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy, curious, and proactive in process improvement.
  • Team player, results-oriented, with effective communication, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.
Location

Mexico City, with remote work and regular on-site meetings. The frequency of on-site meetings depends on the position's requirements.
