Institute for Study Abroad, Inc. in Merida, Yucatán, MX seeks a Marketing Technology Administrator to own HubSpot administration and the broader martech stack. You’ll partner with the AVP on complex builds, manage data governance, and ensure smooth integrations with Salesforce, GA4, and WordPress CMS.

This role centers on building attribution, dashboards, and scalable processes. You’ll join a growing marketing team supporting global programs and enrollment growth, reporting to the AVP while

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or substantial relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2–4 years hands-on HubSpot administration with English proficiency (B2+).
• Ability to build and maintain workflows, forms, lists, dashboards without supervision.
• Experience with data hygiene, deduplication, and data governance practices.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce and other systems.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager; basic HTML/CSS.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end HubSpot administration and maintenance with AVP partnership.
• Manage roles, teams, permissions, lifecycle stages, and field definitions.
• Build and tune lead scoring models and complex workflows.
• Administer email templates, subscription types, and list hygiene.
• Ensure GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance and data retention policies.
• Develop dashboards for marketing and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and maintain data mappings across systems.
